Our Association began the process of redesigning a website and logo last August. We ultimately hired ENTHUSIAST, INC. and began the detailed design and structure of operation for an efficient and expedient Website for our members. A goal set was determined and we immediately began working on the logo and front-end appearance of the site. Our expectations were exceeded at each venue with both Enthusiast, Inc. and their Design Cooperative.

We set completion dates and met those with ease and our Board of Directors are continually pleased with the results and the timely communication I was able to afford in my reports monthly.

Once the Website went live we had an overwhelming energy from our members who indicated an ease moving through the site and were ecstatic with the online store, bill payment options and online PDF and secure forms.

We have added services and reports to improve our in-house processing speed and accuracy and have never received a “NO” from Enthusiast, Inc. The customer service is impeccable. They have successfully handled challenges as an opportunity to design a way to accommodate our specific needs and we appreciate this response wholeheartedly.

We received a recommendation to Enthusiast, Inc. and have since formed a bond and business relationship that we can count on and feel confident about for many years to come.
