Once a project progresses through the Integration stage, it is now using an “engine” or technology
underneath that we call Site Director. This engine allows the communication to be “directed” in a
simple, easy to use way.
The goal of this process is to insure a high quality delivery that is aligned to the larger business
objectives in addition to a great experience by all involved. We want to create client enthusiasm, not
just satisfaction!

Usability has been improved by allowing even more ways to add that creative touch to documents published through Site Director with the simplicity our clients have asked for. Some highlights include:

2. Simplify Shipping Tasks |
|
|
UPS and FedEx have greatly improved their services for businesses who sell products over the Internet. Auto calculation of shipping options, rates, handling charges, and dimensional weight fees are available for clients using Site Director Products and E-commerce services. |

3. Diversify Your Store |
|
|
As people purchase more online, more creative product options will be offered. In order to assist our clients in differentiating their products online, we have enabled up to two additional product options such as 'color', 'model' or 'size' that can be set added per product. |

4. Capture Bargain Hunters |
|
|
Internet users are always looking for a good deal. Now you can add a Sale Price in addition to the List Price to show buyers the difference on a per product basis. |

5. Work With Peace Of Mind |
|
|
Creating powerful and compelling articles and other communications is a great benefit of Site Director. We certainly do not want that work to be lost if you accidentally click a link or try to close the window you are working on. To prevent this loss, a confirmation alert will prevent the window from being closed, reloaded, or changed when something is being worked on. |

6. Simplified Support |

As organizations grow, more opportunities emerge to get involved in the growing editorial process. These additional team members need to be supported and many organizations like the option of supporting them in their own way. This has been enabled within Site Director now via a help form that can be filled out by any Director and forwarded to their support personnel or ours.

7. Modify Security In A Snap |
|
|
A great benefit of Site Director is how easy it is for multiple people to collaborate and contribute their expertise. Enabling and modifying security privileges has sometimes taken a bit longer than we liked so we made a few improvements.

8. Reduced Resource Library Maintenance |
|
|
The value of having a common set of up-to-date downloadable resources for your staff and partners only grows as the library grows. However, the maintenance of these documents grows too. To reduce the time spent in managing these libraries, you can now replace both the original document as well as the thumbnail at the same time. Do more in less time while still keeping everyone else in the know. |

Article pages can be created and modified by Customer. Available fields for display include title, subtitle, teaser image, teaser text, publish date, category and body.

Dealer/Store Locator |
This Locator can be searched by keyword, area code and zip code and enables Customer to add, modify and delete entries.
|

E-Newsletter
|
Includes the ability to create and send out visual & text emails to a double opt-in membership list. This includes the ability for members to manage their email preferences as they see fit. The ability to manage the Audience, Campaign, and view Response analytics is included.

Events
|
Event pages can be created and modified by Customer. Available fields for display include title, teaser image, teaser text, start date/time, end date/time, and description.

Event Registration
|
An extension of Events, Customer will have the ability to set up online registrations for specified Events. Event Registrations will give Customer the ability to set the full price of the event, a deposit if desired, and entry limit. If desired, the payment for each event will be submitted through the Shopping Cart. Customer can view an online report of all entries for each event with registration. |

Gallery
|
An extension of the Media Library, Customer will have the ability to publish a Download/Gallery section which can include imagery, audio files, video files, PDF’s, and various other files available for download.

Global Search
|
This search tool will allow your visitors and subscribers to search modifiable content by keyword and view organized results.
|
|
Landing Pages
|
Landing Pages can be modified by Customer. The field available for display is the body as Landing Pages are single pages used for slower changing content such as About Us, Privacy Policy, Search Engine Doorway Pages, etc.

Links
|
Links can be created and modified by Customer. Available fields for display include title, url, category, and description.
|
|
Media Library
|
Media Library items can be created and modified by Customer. Enables Customer to store and utilize supported types of binary files including imagery, audio, video, PDF, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, zip and others within content bodies or within a Gallery.

Products
|
Product pages can be created and modified by Customer. Available fields for display include title, code/sku, list price, discounted price, two pull down option fields, teaser image, teaser text, product image, product thumbnail, and a description.

Product Overviews
|
Product Overview pages can be created and modified by Customer. These are designed to group individual products and display with links to individual products along with an Overview description.
|
|
Purchase Reports
|
Available in the Site Director Administration Area, enables Customer to search previous purchases with the following search criteria: date (time span), product title, keyword, dealer/customer name, dealer/customer email, or order number.
|
|
Reporting
|
Enables Customer to see general site traffic statistics (maximum of 100,000 log entries) in the Site Director Administration Area.
|
|
Security Roles
|
This administrative function enables Customer to assign security roles for different access and publishing privileges within the Site Director Administration Area.
|
|
Shopping Cart
|
This is a session based shopping cart where specified products can be sold online. Enthusiast will use this shopping cart with a credit card option to complete the transaction. An alert will be sent to a specified email address. Customer will be responsible to have a web server security certificate. Customer will be required to establish and financially maintain the online merchant account and gateway. Customer will be fully responsible for fulfillment of all orders. All credit card information will be solely retained by Customer and/or the transaction gateway provider.
